Alma J. “Tracy” Hall passed away August 1st, 2021 at her residence. She was the dearly beloved daughter of the late Richard and Elvira Coates and is survived by four siblings, many nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at Grace Community Ministries, 1562 Willow Avenue, Niagara Falls, N.Y. 14305 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, starting with the Wake at 11:00 am and Funeral Services at 12:00 noon. Officiate: Pastor Arthur Todd. Eulogist: Bishop Gordon Sweat. Masks are required.
