Cary E. Graham was born on January 24, 1952, in Buffalo, New York, a true blessing to his parents, Edward Graham of Lackawanna, New York, and Bessie Brown Graham of Camden, South Carolina. He was the eldest of four children. Cary received his early education at Buffalo Elementary School 41, continued at Clinton Junior High, and graduated from Burgard High School in 1970. At Burgard, he excelled in the aviation program, earning recognition as an honorable student with a brilliant mind. Known for his deep thinking and philosophical nature, Cary was admired by many. Eager to further his education, Cary attended courses at the State University College. His passion for helping others was evident as he tutored students at the Westminster Community Center, where he also coached youth basketball. Cary was an extraordinary artist, blessed with a remarkable talent for drawing and creating art that left lasting impressions. Cary was preceded in death by his loving parents, Edward Graham and Bessie Brown Graham, as well as two grandsons, Kevon and Kevon Jr. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories through his children Taska (Curtis, Latasha (Marvin), Taneka, Corey (Allison) His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Jamilla (Terrell), Henry, Tashawania, Chance, Cashmere, Chazier, Chayson, Maxwell, Malachi, Matthew, and Damiona , and Kennnedi. Cary is also survived by his siblings: James (Carol), Markita, Darryl, Ricky and Winifred (preceded in death). He will be deeply missed by his beloved and devoted friend, Nadine Waiters, along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Cary E. Graham’s memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His wisdom, kindness, and artistic spirit will live on through his family and all whose lives he touched.
