Donald L. Sutton

Donald L. Sutton, 57, of Rochester NY passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025, after a short illness. He graduated from Charlotte HS in 1987 and served in the U.S. Army, retiring in 2004, after a career in Logistics and service in Desert Storm. He was also a devoted Buffalo Bills and New York Knicks fan!! Preceded in death by his parents, Della Sutton & James W. Sutton; sister, Valerie Sutton-Albert. He is survived by his fiancée Melissa Latson; sister, Sheila Sutton-Pickett; brothers, Darryl Bell (Angela) and Michael Looney(Lynessa); children, Tia, Takeya; Darell (Sookie), Darnell and Donell Sutton; niece, Jordin Paige and nephew, Marquis Albert; grandchildren, Gianni Small and Miracle Fitzpatrick; cousin, Lewis Lewis; and a host of relatives, bonus children/grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and friends. A Celebration of Donald’s life will be held in 2026.
